Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Florida license and registration.
• Oversee and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Evaluations, weekly progress notes, discharge paperwork.
• Collaborate with all disciplines for patient-centered care.
• Punctuality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients and develop a rehabilitation plan.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals.
• Document patient condition and progress; educate patients and families.
