Glengariff Healthcare Center in New York is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation, develop and manage individualized treatment plans, and set realistic goals based on capacity and tolerance. • Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy college or university.
• Must have a valid NY professional license and registration.
• Experience supervising Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Preferred experience in long-term care or geriatric settings.
• Strong documentation skills including evaluations and progress notes.
