Job summary

TransPerfect Health is hiring full-time Physical Therapists to serve veterans in Senior Living and Skilled Nursing settings. Our 1.2B parent company supports a stable, growth-focused environment with competitive compensation and benefits.

You will conduct screenings and treatments, document care timely, and mentor Therapy Assistants while collaborating with leadership to build robust therapy programs, with potential 4-day work weeks and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
• If foreign-trained, degree must be evaluated as equivalent to U.S. entry-level PT education by an APTA-approved credentialing agency

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies
• Help optimize functional mobility, independence, and quality of life for aging populations in senior living and skilled nursing settings
• Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner
• Participate in orientations, staff meetings, and in-service education
• Collaborate with the Director of Rehabilitation to develop a robust therapy program
• Provide clinical supervision to Therapy Assistants as indicated
• Follow infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and prioritize patient care
• Support compliance with state and federal regulations
• Perform duties involving moderate to heavy physical demands
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned
