Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA
• Current license and/or registration in the state (as applicable)

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing comprehensive physical therapy evaluations based on MD's orders
• Documenting findings accurately on standardized forms
• Developing and implementing treatment plans with clear goals and modalities
• Ensuring MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, and discharges
• Providing treatments, modifying as needed, and documenting progress
• Attending meetings, acting as a rehab delegate, and participating in scheduling and billing
• Supervising junior staff or students, maintaining professionalism, and complying with policies
