Inpatient Physical Therapist

To provide Physical Therapy services including evaluation, treatment plan development, treatment, delegation of treatment, family training, and discharge planning to patients in a hospital-based inpatient rehab setting, in accordance with facility policy, standards, and philosophy.
The Therapist will be expected to meet documentation standards accurately, timely, and appropriately.
Physical Therapists will enjoy almost exclusively 1-on-1 treatments in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere where the primary focus is on patient improvement. They will work closely with other staff including Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Nurses, Techs, and Physicians, toward seeing patients return home (which over 90% of them do).
