Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Florida license required.
• Ability to learn and use Microsoft Office Products, EPM and EHR software applications.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans in consultation with physicians.
• Administer exercises and physical activities to patients.
• Document patient care services and ensure a clean working environment.
