Therapy Management, Inc. is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our high-performing team at The Rivers of Grosse Pointe — a beautiful senior living community offering both skilled nursing and outpatient therapy services.

This is a full-time position offering a rewarding clinical mix, great flexibility, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Position Highlights

Provide evaluation and treatment in SNF and outpatient settings

Work in a well-equipped therapy gym with a collaborative interdisciplinary team

Opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and residents

Strong clinical leadership and mentorship support

Current Michigan Physical Therapist license

Strong communication and collaboration skills

SNF and/or outpatient experience preferred (new grads welcome!)

Competitive hourly rate: $45–$49/hour (based on experience)

Relocation assistance available

Low productivity expectations – time for quality care and documentation
