Job summary

Sandstone of Tucson is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our team in full-time or PRN roles in Arizona. You will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans to help patients regain mobility and improve quality of life.

The role requires active AZ PT license or Compact. We offer competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team environment focused on patient-centered care. Prior SNF or rehab experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona PT License or Compact License is required.
• Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are necessary.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care is expected.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide therapeutic treatments to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical protocols.
• Promote a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
