Job summary

Peak Performance Physical Therapy, PLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for our Lansing-area outpatient clinic. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and deliver one-on-one orthopedic and post-surgical rehab in a collaborative team.

You will document progress, participate in community wellness, and work with PTs, PTAs, techs, and administrative staff. Michigan license required; new grads welcome. On-site, full-time with PRN/part-time flexibility.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Michigan.
• New grads welcome to apply.
• Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedics, post-surgical rehab, fall prevention, and strength training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT sessions focused on orthopedic rehab and post-surgical rehab.
• Deliver evidence-based care to patients of all ages.
• Document treatment progress accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in community wellness initiatives and patient education.

What you'll do

As a Physical Therapist at Peak Performance Physical Therapy, you will:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy sessions focused on orthopedic rehab, post-surgical rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, and strength/conditioning.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to patients of all ages.
• Document treatment progress accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in community wellness initiatives, patient education, and outreach programs.
• Collaborate closely with a supportive team of PTs, PTAs, techs, and administrative staff.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Physical Therapist License -New Grads Welcome!
