FlexStaff is seeking a compassionate team member dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for the elderly population through our client's day-habilitation program and patient residence. They focus on promoting independence, physical well-being, and dignity for our clients, providing personalized care in a supportive environment.


Our client is looking for a skilled and passionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic services to our elderly clients. In this dual setting, you will spend half your day in our clinic and the other half offering in-home therapy. You will assess clients' physical needs, create individualized treatment plans, and guide clients through interventions designed to improve their mobility, strength, and overall functional ability.



Responsibilities:


- Conduct thorough evaluations to assess clients' physical abilities and needs.


- Develop, implement, and modify personalized treatment plans to address specific goals and achieve desired outcomes.


- Provide hands-on therapy to improve client mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.


- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.


- Educate clients and their families on physical therapy techniques and home exercise programs.


- Document client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.



Qualifications:


- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.


- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.


- Experience working with elderly populations preferred.


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.


- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
