About the Opportunity

100x Reps is seeking multiple licensed Physical Therapists for various healthcare facilities across multiple U.S. states for both permanent and contract-based roles. Whether you prefer long-term stability or flexible short-term assignments, we offer options suited to your skills and schedule.

Compensation (based on experience, setting, and role type)

W-2 Permanent Roles

California: $100,000 – $160,000/year

Indiana: $80,000 – $100,000/year

New Jersey: $80,000 – $100,000/year

New Mexico: $79,000 – $100,000/year

New York: $82,000 – $110,000/year

North Carolina: $77,000 – $90,000/year

Contract and PRN Roles

All Locations: $48/hour (flat rate)

Available Role Types

Permanent (W-2)

Long-term, benefit-eligible roles in stable healthcare facilities. Includes relocation assistance for select roles.

Contract / Travel Assignments (W-2 or 1099)

Short-term (3–13 weeks+) with higher hourly pay. Ideal for flexibility and travel-ready therapists.

Work as needed. Great for those seeking schedule flexibility.

Qualifications
