Their team of professionals works closely with patients to enhance their quality of life through personalized physical therapy program. This role involves working half the day in a clinic setting and half the day providing in-home care to elderly patients. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to help improve mobility and overall function.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.

- Design and implement tailored treatment plans to address individual goals and improve patients' mobility.

- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Provide education, guidance, and support to patients and their families on exercise, rehabilitation techniques, and injury prevention.
