Job Description:


FlexStaff is Seeking a Physical Therapist for our dedicated healthcare provider committed to delivering compassionate care to the elderly population. Their team of professionals works closely with patients to enhance their quality of life through personalized physical therapy program. This role involves working half the day in a clinic setting and half the day providing in-home care to elderly patients. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to help improve mobility and overall function.



Key Responsibilities:


- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.


- Design and implement tailored treatment plans to address individual goals and improve patients' mobility.


- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.


- Provide education, guidance, and support to patients and their families on exercise, rehabilitation techniques, and injury prevention.


- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.


- Drive to patients' homes for in-home visits as scheduled.



Qualifications:


- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.


- Experience working with elderly patients preferred.


- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for in-home visits.
