This opportunity is designed for a professional who values autonomy, flexibility, and work-life balance , while still wanting to be part of a supportive healthcare organization and community.

Why a Contract Position?

We recognize that traditional employment structures don't work for everyone. Our contract model gives the right candidate an opportunity to negotiate the terms of their employment while providing greater flexibility in how they manage their professional and personal commitments.

Benefits of the contract model may include:
  • Negotiated compensation based on experience and the terms of the contract

  • The opportunity to establish a 3–5 year commitment with a stable healthcare organization
  • A collaborative work environment where your experience and professional judgment are valued
  • The ability to discuss and negotiate employment terms that work for both you and CFVH

While this position offers greater autonomy and flexibility, the Physical Therapist will remain an integral member of the CFVH team and will be expected to follow all facility policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and professional standards. The position will work under the guidance and direction of the Rehab Services Manager.

Position Responsibilities
