Job summary

NHC Somerville is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. You will provide physical therapy services to patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and work in an interdisciplinary environment to maximize functional outcomes.

Must be a Tennessee-licensed PT (BS/MS/DPT). Prior SNF experience is a plus, and a 10k sign-on bonus is offered in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an APTA accredited BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy.
• Must have Tennessee Physical Therapist license.
• Prior SNF experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an in-house therapy team.
• Develop individual treatment plans using evidence-based techniques.
