Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for our New Jersey outpatient clinics. You will help patients move better, feel better, and stay active across injury recovery and chronic condition management.

This role emphasizes high-volume care in multidisciplinary clinics with strong collaboration with chiropractors, OT, and acupuncture providers. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, relocation assistance, and mentorship for new graduates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey State Physical Therapy license required prior to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Comfort working in a high-volume outpatient setting with typical daily caseloads of 18–20 patients.
• Ability to maintain productivity targets (approximately 1.8–2.2 patients per hour; higher throughput during peak times).
• Experience or willingness to work in multidisciplinary clinics including collaboration with chiropractic, OT, and acupuncture providers.
