Join a dynamic rehabilitation team as a Physical Therapist

Under supervision, the Physical Therapist performs comprehensive assessments and develops individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients with orthopedic, neurological, or functional impairments.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, implementing evidence-based interventions such as therapeutic exercises and mobility training, and reassessing progress to modify plans accordingly.

Ensures accurate documentation of treatments, progress, and patient education activities, adhering to regulatory standards.

Provides supervision to rehabilitation technicians and assistants in compliance with licensing laws, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Engages in professional development, maintains licensure and certifications, and may mentor students and new staff.

Qualifications include a degree in Physical Therapy, current licensure or eligibility, and BLS certification. Preferred experience includes six months to a year in a rehabilitation or orthopedic setting with adult and geriatric populations.
