Job summary

Sea Breeze Rehab and Nursing Center in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in a full-time role.

You will assess patients, develop personalized treatment plans, guide recovery, and educate families while delivering compassionate care in a supportive setting with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ medical histories and current physical conditions
• Diagnose movement patterns by observing patients and listening to their concerns
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
• Establish clear goals and expected outcomes for each treatment plan
• Utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent future injuries
• Educate patients and families on the recovery process and self-care techniques
