Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide skilled outpatient care focused on pediatric development and orthopedic needs. Candidates should hold a Doctoral or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, be licensed, and be prepared to educate families and collaborate with healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (PT) required.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in good standing required.
• Master’s degree in PT preferred.
• No prior experience required; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled outpatient physical therapy services.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
