Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our area team in Marlinton, West Virginia. The role delivers outpatient orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports rehabilitation with a caseload of about 50 visits per week, supported by AI-driven tools to streamline documentation.

A CAPTE-accredited degree and WV license (or eligibility) are required, and experience with Raintree EMR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.

• Experience with outpatient orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, or sports care preferred.
• Ability to manage ~50 visits per week and exceed targets.

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral level accepted).
• Active West Virginia Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in West Virginia.
• Experience delivering outpatient orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, or sports-related care preferred.
• Comfort managing a typical caseload of approximately 50 visits per week (10–12 patients per day) and ability to exceed targets to earn performance incentives.
• Proficiency or willingness to document in Raintree EMR.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
