Job description

Cascade Medical (CM), in beautiful downtown Leavenworth in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, is looking for a full time Physical Therapist.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate, develop a treatment plan, provide skilled physical therapy treatment and document all pertinent aspects of care provided to patients/clients in compliance with the Washington State Physical Therapy Practice Act and applicable laws, the American Physical Therapy Association's latest version of the Guide to Physical Therapy and all CMS regulations/requirements pertaining to physical therapy practice and billing.

Work Schedule

Schedule is anticipated to Wednesday-Saturday from 7 a.m.-5:30 p.m. with flexibility for shift start and end times. Exact schedule to be determined with the director upon hire.

As a public entity, our wage range is set on a 30-step scale (Base-30 years of experience). Offer letters and wage determination will be written based on years of experience.

This is a safety sensitive position that will require a pre-employment drug screen, including testing for THC.
