Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide PT services, restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions, and co-lead interdisciplinary treatment teams.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment and discharge plans, apply clinical techniques, supervise assistants, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent.
• Valid state licensure in physical therapy.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Two years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts patient evaluations and develops discharge plans.
