Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide skilled services in inpatient and outpatient settings, working with a multidisciplinary team. You will manage a diverse caseload including orthopedic, neurological, and general medicine patients.

You will establish treatment plans, deliver therapy, educate patients and families, collaborate with healthcare providers, delegate tasks and complete documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy and PT license required.
• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy preferred.
• No prior experience or supervisory experience required.
