Unified Therapy Services is hiring Physical Therapists!

We are hiring full-time, part-time or PRN Physical Therapists. Caseload can be pediatrics, orthopedic and/or neurology. New grads welcome to apply!

Summary of Duties

• The Physical Therapist evaluates and establishes a plan of care and treats patients for physical rehabilitation services to restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability.
• Treats patients and supervises treatment plans needed to progress patient.
• Performs necessary documentation including evaluations, progress notes, discharge notes, and logs in a timely manner according to regulations.
• Develops and maintains positive working relationships with colleagues, patients, families, and other professionals.
• Makes a conscious effort to educate the patients and family/caregivers as appropriate and adapt education methods to improve understanding and compliance.
• Supervises the PTAs and students in accordance with state regulations.

Education

Master or Doctorate of Physical Therapy; Valid Physical Therapy License.
