POSITION SUMMARY: The Physical Therapist DPT/SCD (LPT) is responsible for evaluating, planning, educating, utilizing exercises and physical therapy modalities in the treatment and rehabilitative of persons who have medical problems, health related conditions, or a developmental disability that limits their ability to move or perform functional activities. Physical Therapist also help prevent conditions associated with loss of mobility and promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability to help individuals achieve healthy and active lifestyles. Some travel may be required in the provision of services between facilities and job functions.
