Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist - FT to join our skilled nursing facility team in Michigan. Must be licensed to apply; we offer competitive pay and a supportive, mentorship-rich environment.

You will evaluate and treat patients, create care plans, collaborate with clinicians, and maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements. New grads welcomed with mentorship; immigration support available for H1B candidates.

Qualifications

• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
• Current license as Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• New grads welcome! Mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
