Physical Therapist

Salary: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 yearly (commensurate with experience)

Job Location: 153 State Route 94S Warwick, New York 10990

Schedule:

• Split Inpatient 20 hours / Outpatient 20 hours per week
• Hours: Monday/Thursday 8:30am-12:30pm IP / 1:30-7:30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)
• Tuesday/Friday 8:30am-12:30pm IP / 1:30-5:30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)
• Wednesday 8:30am-12:30pm IP

Job Type: Full-time hours per week. Schedule can be further discussed during the interview.

• Dedicated Therapy Aides to assist with patient care, empowering you to focus on delivering exceptional physical therapy outcomes

Responsibilities:

• Review patients' medical history
• Provide excellent 1:1 care, spending an average of 40 minutes with each patient
• Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent further injury
• Record patient progress and modify care plans as needed

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in Connecticut
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Familiarity with treating outpatient orthopedic cases
