Job summary

Progressive Rehab Solutions is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist in Austin, TX to join our rehabilitation team. The role involves evaluating patients, creating and adjusting treatment plans, and delivering skilled PT services in long-term care settings.

You will educate patients and caregivers, document progress for regulatory compliance, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while supervising PTAs and aides as allowed by state law.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s/Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred.

Job Summary

Provides skilled physical therapy services to patients with impairments or disabilities. Plans, implements, and evaluates therapy programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote independence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and home programs.
• Document progress in compliance with regulations.
• Supervis PTAs and aides per state law.
