Job summary

Munson Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Frankfort Outpatient Rehab Clinic. The role focuses on assessing patient needs, planning and delivering PT treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

You will work a 36-hour week, with on-call weekends and a sign-on bonus. The clinic partners with Mary Free Bed to ensure top-quality care in northern Michigan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• State of Michigan Physical Therapy License.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan/execute individualized physical therapy treatment plans in compliance with Michigan licensure and PT scope of practice.
• Educate patients and families with written instructions as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maintain effective, harmonious care.

Education

As aPhysical Therapist in our Outpatient Rehab Clinic, you will be a critical part of making a difference in the lives of our patients. We are partnered with Mary Free Bed, so rest assured we provide the best to our employees so they can give the best to our patients.

In this role, you will assumefull responsibility for assessing patient needs for physical therapy which includes planningand executingindividual treatment plans in accordance with the State of Michigan licensure and PT scope of practice

Along with providing quality treatment to our patients, you will provideeducation and support to both patients and their familyincluding written instructions as necessary.

You will be part of a great team! You will maintaineffective and harmonious collaboration with the inter-disciplinary team through clear communication and innovative contributions.

What’s Required

• Bachelor’s degree graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• State of Michigan Physical Therapy License
