• Total compensation potential: $215,000+
• Long Term Earning Potential: $195,000to$230,000+annuallyatamature,high-performingclinic,basedonmodeledcompensationusingthefinancialperformanceofourestablishedBayArealocations. This isnota traditional clinic director position. It is a chance to launch and grow a clinic inside an established company with proven systems, centralized support, and a serious expansion vision.

You will lead the clinic locally while our team supports the infrastructure behind it with marketing, sales, operations, systems, finance, and strategic guidance.
