Competitive Edge Physical Therapy in Draper, Utah, is seeking a Founding Clinic Director to launch and lead our new clinic with the backing of centralized marketing, operations, and finance support.

As a founding director you will build a strong client caseload, mentor clinicians, grow the location, and help execute the long-term company vision as we scale to 10 clinics by 2028.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $120,000
Profit sharing: from day one
Total compensation potential: $215,000+
Year 3 total compensation (performing clinic): $195,000–$230,000 based on clinic results across Bay Area locations.

Role Context

Competitive Edge Physical Therapy is opening a new clinic in Draper, Utah, and is hiring a Founding Clinic Director to lead it. This is not a traditional clinic director position. It is a chance to launch and grow a clinic inside an established company with proven systems, centralized support, and a serious expansion vision.

You will lead the clinic locally while our team supports the infrastructure behind it with marketing, sales, operations, systems, finance, and strategic guidance.
