Competitive Edge Physical Therapy is seeking a Founding Clinic Director in Utah to launch and lead a new location. The role emphasizes building a strong client base, delivering exceptional care, and establishing a high‑standard, performance‑driven clinic culture.

Compensation: $120,000 base + profit sharing from day one.

Total compensation potential: $215,000+. Year 3 total compensation at a performing clinic averages $195,000-$230,000 based on current clinic results across our Bay Area locations.
