Physical Therapist - Foreign Trained Sponsorship Available

Pay Range: $43 - $58 per hour

Interstate Therapy Solutions is part of Confluent Health, a family of physical and occupational therapy companies. We operate outpatient clinics and have 16 hospitals in the Los Angeles & Orange County areas, offering inpatient, ARU & NICU positions alongside outpatient Sports & Ortho facilities.

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for our inpatient hospital team in Van Nuys, CA, to develop physical rehabilitation programs to improve patient quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Supervise PT Assistants and/or Aides.
• AHA BLS certification required.
