Tender Touch Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a Physical Therapist Floater for a Full-Time position in Brick Township, NJ. You will evaluate and treat patients across facilities, creating personalized care plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Competitive hourly pay of $55.00–$65.00 with strong benefits including healthcare, retirement, and ongoing professional development. Must be licensed to apply and willing to travel to multiple SNF facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• One year SNF experience and willingness to travel to multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
