We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide physical therapy services to patients/clients. Our Multisite Physical Therapists work in various clinics to cover vacation, maternity, and growth of clinics within a specified radius from their home. The position offers a 10% pay differential, paid mileage, a fully funded residency with EIM, and a 4-day work week with Mondays or Fridays off. Supported by a tremendous clinic staff, this active, community-respected work environment fosters professional growth.

Responsibilities:


Core Duties:

  1. Review patient medical history
  2. Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
  3. Develop individualized treatment plans
  4. Set clear goals and expected outcomes for patients
  5. Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent injury
  6. Record patient progress and modify care plans as needed
  7. Educate patients and families about the recovery process

Qualifications:


Requirements:

  • Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Oklahoma
  • 1 Year outpatient orthopedics experience preferred; new graduates encouraged
  • Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills
  • Desire to join a team emphasizing service excellence and lifelong learning
  • A passion for helping others in a fun and rewarding environment

Education:


Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program, licensed or eligible for licensure in Oklahoma.
