Job summary

Pro Rehab is hiring a Physical Therapist to float between the Starbuck and Wheaton areas. The role offers a competitive hourly wage, mileage reimbursement at $0.70 per mile, and a bonus up to $5,000 paid out over 18 months, with tuition reimbursement options. New grads are welcome; there are no productivity requirements.

The position is full-time with benefits, located at 605 N. Main St., Starbuck, MN 56381. The wage range is $47–$55 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program and hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Current MN Physical Therapist License required.
• Knowledge of state, federal and local Home Health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assess & Diagnose: evaluate patients’ conditions to plan treatment.
• Develop & implement rehabilitation programs to improve function.
• Provide hands-on therapy including manual therapy and modalities.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and pain management.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses and other therapists for comprehensive care.

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to float between our Starbuck and Wheaton area ! We offer a competitive wage, benefits, mileage reimbursement ($.70 / mile) and up to a $5,000 bonus paid out over 18 months or tuition reimbursement . No Productivity Requirements! Position Type: Full-Time

Wage Range: $47 - $55 / hour depending on experience.

Bonus: $5,000

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Assess & Diagnose: Evaluate patients’ physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans.


• Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve the functional deficits of the patient.


• Provide Hands-on Therapy: Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use modalities such as but not limited to ultrasound and electrical stimulation as needed.


• Educate & Support Patients: Provide patient, caregiver, staff education as deemed clinically necessary such as but not limited to: pain management techniques and fall risk safety. Teach patients and families about exercises, injury prevention, and pain management techniques.


• Monitor Progress & Adjust Plans: Track patient outcomes, document progress, and modify treatment plans as needed.


• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work with doctors, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree


• Must possess a current accredited MN Physical Therapist License


• Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to Home Health care.


• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.


• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
