MedStar Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Float to provide high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation services across multiple hospital and outpatient settings in the Maryland–Washington, D.C. region. In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat diverse adult and geriatric patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and medically complex conditions, developing personalized care plans to restore function, mobility, and quality of life. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and rehab teams, document in the EMR, educate patients and families, and adapt quickly to new units and locations while upholding MedStar’s patient-first, mission-driven standards.
