In this patient-first, mission-driven role, you will evaluate and treat diverse adult and geriatric populations, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to restore function and mobility.

Float PTs support various hospitals and clinics, ensuring consistent coverage, sharing best practices, mentoring staff, and contributing to quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives while advancing their own clinical skills and career growth.
