Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist program is required.
• Current applicable state license as a Physical Therapist required or compliant with state practice act.
• BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• Positions in Home Care require a valid driver's license with vehicle available.
• One year of hospital, long-term care, home, school system, or outpatient PT experience preferred.
