Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Northbank Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Jacksonville, FL, handling PT services in skilled nursing facilities. This full-time PT role operates at both Northbank and Lakeside centers, offering a modern rehab gym and a supportive leadership team.

The position requires an active Florida PT license (or eligibility) with SNF/post-acute experience preferred.

• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities
