Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy.
• Virginia License to practice Physical Therapy (VA License).
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, organize and participate in rehabilitative programs to improve functional mobility and relieve pain.
• Address disabling conditions resulting from disease or injury with age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers.
• Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members.
