Job summary

Cognitioworld is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat adults in a Skilled Nursing Care setting. You will follow physician orders and apply therapeutic modalities to promote movement, strength, and function.

The ideal candidate holds a BS or higher in Physical Therapy, current state license, and registration with ABPTS/OPT, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. New grads welcome; flexible schedule offered in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license or certification to practice Physical Therapy.
• Registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board (ABPTS) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and treating adult patients in a Skilled Nursing Care setting according to physician orders.
• Using therapeutic procedures to restore strength, coordination, body alignment, relieve pain, and improve movement.
• Collaborating with the therapy team to support patients within Physical Therapy.
