Formación

• Holds a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Oregon PT license and CPR certification are required.
• Experience with rehabilitation techniques and modalities is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Perform PT assessments and document progress in EMR.
• Implement evidence-based protocols and rehab programs.
• Supervise PT Assistants and support staff as needed.
• Maintain patient records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
