Job Description

We are seeking experienced and collaborative clinicians to provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes in the Peoria, AZ area (and nearby locations). This outpatient therapy is delivered at the patient's home, not traditional home health. As a physical therapist, your focus is on helping others. Job Requirements

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable transportation for outside city centers

Job Details

Part-time, contract, or per diem roles. Schedule your own hours. Compensation ranges from $70 to $75 per hour, with bonuses and variable cancellation rates.
