Job Description

We are seeking experienced and collaborative clinicians to provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes in the Chandler, AZ area (and nearby locations). This outpatient therapy is delivered at the patient's home, not traditional home health. As a physical therapist, your focus is on helping others. We understand burnout is common; our model combines technology, community, and equitable compensation to improve your experience.
