Qualifications

• Must hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in documentation and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals using various techniques.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention.
