Job summary

Trinity Healthcare Talent Services, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our 90-bed facility in North Carolina. You will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and apply therapeutic techniques to improve mobility and function, while coordinating with physicians and therapists.

This full-time position offers a flexible 35-hour week, with Monday–Friday schedule options and opportunities to stay current with best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• 1-2 years of healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic medical records.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform job duties.
• CPR and first aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and exercises to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue at home
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Stay current with advancements in the field of physical therapy and implement new techniques and treatments as appropriate
