Qualifications

• Current North Carolina PT license; CPR.
• New Graduates Accepted.
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Preferred.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates skill and accuracy in patient evaluations across ages.
• Ensure delivery of quality physical therapy programs and goals with patients.
• Regularly assesses progress and adjusts plan of care accordingly.
• Supervision and direction of PT assistants and rehab staff as applicable.
• Instructs patients on transfers, gait training, and use of assistive devices.
• Documents evaluations, re-evaluations, discharge summaries, progress notes, and status reports.
