Qualifications

• Holds or is eligible for Iowa Physical Therapist license.
• New grads welcome; prior experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized physical therapy programs to restore function and mobility.
• Collaborate with residents and staff to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needs change.
• Ensure residents feel comfortable, safe, and supported during therapy sessions.
