Job summary

Harmony Waterloo is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to design and implement therapy programs that help residents regain mobility and improve quality of life. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options with competitive pay and full benefits—and New grads are welcome!

As part of our in-house therapy team, you will develop individualized care plans, monitor progress, and adjust plans to meet changing needs.

Qualifications

• Iowa Physical Therapist license or eligibility to sit for boards.
• New grads welcome; willing to invest in development.
• Experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized physical therapy programs to help restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain.
• Work closely with residents and staff to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to meet changing needs.
• Ensure residents feel comfortable and supported throughout their therapy journey.
