Job summary

Redmont Health and Rehab seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Therapy Team. You will plan, organize, and direct PT services, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local standards as directed by leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy license in AL.
• Ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in accordance with standards and procedures.
• Adhere to documentation and billing procedures for therapy services.
• Evaluate residents to plan and implement therapy programs with short- and long-term goals.
• Conduct regular screening to determine need for intervention or treatment.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Complete CMS-compliant documentation in NetHealth EMR as required.
